12.1 The 81jl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 81jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If 81jl becomes aware that it has collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the collected data, and where applicable, report the matter to PAGCOR.

13.1 Some of 81jl's third-party service providers — including certain game providers and technology platforms — may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines.
