For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2.1 By accessing, registering for, or using the 81jl Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and 81jl. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features as communicated on the Platform, including but not limited to the Rewards Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.4 81jl reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 16. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the 81jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 81jl employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds (including any winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required.

3.2 Jurisdiction. The 81jl Platform is operated and regulated under a PAGCOR license and is intended solely for use by individuals physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are physically present in the Philippines at the time of your wager and are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law.

3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 81jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through the use of a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Registration Accuracy. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. 81jl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Member.

3.5 KYC Verification. 81jl is required by PAGCOR and by the Anti-Money Laundering Act to verify the identity of its Members. You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's license, SSS card, or passport) upon request and prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the restriction of withdrawal privileges.

3.6 Employees and Associates. Employees of 81jl, its licensors, game providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold Member accounts or participate in promotions, except where explicitly permitted in writing.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

4.2 You agree to notify 81jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 81jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

4.4 You must keep your registered contact information (particularly your mobile number) current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number must be verified through 81jl's account management process.

4.5 Account balances are non-transferable between Members. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any funds or credits held therein to any other person.

5.1 81jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the deposit section of your Account.

5.2 All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 81jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.3 Deposits are intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the 81jl Platform. Deposits made without the genuine intent to wager may be flagged as suspicious under 81jl's AML procedures.

5.4 81jl is not responsible for any transaction fees, charges, or delays imposed by your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) in connection with deposits.

5.5 81jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its discretion where required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or 81jl's AML and fraud prevention policies.

5.6 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Where a third-party source is detected, 81jl reserves the right to suspend the Account pending investigation.

6.1 Members may submit withdrawal requests for their real-money Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the relevant funds, and the minimum withdrawal amounts specified on the Platform.

6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to GCash are 81jl's primary channel and are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours.

6.3 The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as your 81jl Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.4 81jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, unusual activity has been detected, or KYC documentation is incomplete. This may extend processing times beyond the standard windows stated in Clause 6.2.

6.5 Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from real-money wagers (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) may be withdrawn.

6.6 81jl reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Member will be notified and investigations will be conducted in a timely manner.

7.1 81jl offers various bonuses and promotions to its Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The specific terms — including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum win caps, and expiry periods — for each promotion are published on the Rewards page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for 81jl bonuses is thirty times (30×) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements as detailed in their individual terms.

7.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 81jl reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus where it determines that a Member or group of Members has exploited promotional terms in bad faith.

7.4 81jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a Member's Account that is actively being wagered.

7.5 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. They exist solely as promotional credits to extend gameplay within the parameters of the relevant promotion.

8.1 All games offered on the 81jl Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective providers and available upon reasonable request.

8.2 The rules governing each game — including live dealer game procedures — are determined by the relevant game provider and/or the applicable game interface. 81jl is not responsible for errors or malfunctions arising from game provider systems beyond 81jl's reasonable control.

8.4 Members must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform. The use of automated betting systems (bots) is strictly prohibited.

8.5 In live casino games, Members must comply with the dealing rules and procedures as conducted by the dealer. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised with 81jl customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the relevant game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 81jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on 81jl;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Philippine law;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical systems;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute against deposits made to 81jl;
• Accessing or using the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10.1 All intellectual property on the 81jl Platform — including but not limited to the 81jl brand, logo, trademarks, software, database structure, game assets licensed from providers, content, design, and layout — is the exclusive property of 81jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Platform.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of 81jl intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11.1 81jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at 81jl.vip/privacy-policy.

11.2 81jl processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

11.3 By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC and AML compliance purposes, account administration, customer support, and the improvement of 81jl services.

12.1 81jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. We provide a range of tools within each Member's Account to support responsible gaming, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

12.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from the 81jl Platform may do so by contacting 81jl customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and may be set for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 81jl will take reasonable measures to prevent access to the Platform for the exclusion period.

12.3 81jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming program. Members who have registered for PAGCOR's self-exclusion scheme are not permitted to hold an active 81jl Account. If you are enrolled in the PAGCOR self-exclusion database, you must notify 81jl immediately.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 81jl's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of the Member's Wallet Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

13.2 81jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if 81jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 81jl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions (including those of GCash, network providers, or game providers), and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 81jl shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

13.4 81jl is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account security breaches caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

14.1 81jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 81jl has reason to suspect fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity; (c) it is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR direction, or court order; or (d) a Member has self-excluded.

14.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to the Member's breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Wallet Balance may be forfeited at 81jl's discretion, particularly where the balance is connected to prohibited activity. Real-money balances not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the Member following completion of applicable investigations.

14.3 A Member may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 81jl customer support. Any real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 81jl Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15.3 Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 81jl customer support at [email protected] and provide 81jl with a reasonable opportunity — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the issue amicably.

15.4 Gaming-related disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators may also be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution office in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

16.1 81jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform at 81jl.vip/terms-conditions, unless a specific effective date is stated.

16.2 For material amendments, 81jl will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via their registered mobile number or a notification within the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.3.
